Process Control Methods – Opal will work with you and your team to identify processes that are ineffective and create and implement methods to enhance performance. We will provide you with monitoring and measuring methods that will help you determine when processes are no longer working effectively.

Supplier Management & Evaluation – We will provide your procurement specialist(s) with methods and processes necessary to evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to supply products and services in accordance with established requirements. Customer Satisfaction – It’s very important for you to understand the level of customer satisfaction associated with your products and services. Document & Data Management – Documenting your processes is imperative for many reasons.

Internal System Audits – Internal audits ensure that there is a methodology for analyzing business processes, procedures and activities with the goal of highlighting organizational problems. Opal will work with management to develop an audit program and train selected employees as Internal Auditors.

Meeting Coordination/Management (How to Have More Productive Meetings) – Opal provides coaching and training that will help your team members to have more productive meetings. We will attend meetings and facilitate progress and outcomes. We will provide your team members with “Meeting Rules of Engagement”.
