Process Stages

We work with your management teams to determine organizational goals and the plans and actions necessary to meet them.

We have determined that most project activities fall into four stages.

Stage 1 – Initial Review

The Initial Review includes a discussion(s) with Executive Management.  We work together to determine short-term and long-term goals.

Stage 2 – Assessment/Planning

We perform a more detailed assessment based on conclusions drawn from the Initial Review.

Stage 3 – Implementation

We coordinate with executive management and identified staff members to implement the plan that was established in Stage Two.

Stage 4 – Monitoring

Opal will perform 30, 60 & 90 Day Sustainability Audits to determine if executive management and staff members have maintained new/enhanced systems.
